How does B:Bloom Beauty work?
On you will find your beauty expert in just a few steps. First choose your beauty category and decide if you want to book in the salon or if you would like to order an expert to come home to you. Give us your desired date, time and place and we'll show you all available specialists for you. Once you have found your expert, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation from us and let you be pampered carefree.
What is the advantage of B:Bloom Beauty for me?
At B: Bloom you'll find the best stylists, hairdressers, cosmetics, waxing and nails experts in your city. Nowhere else, you can so easily and comfortably book your next hair and beauty appointment, without calling, just pick up the phone and do the booking. You have the choice whether you want to be pampered in the salon of your choice or prefer to order your beauty expert directly to your door. And best of all: our booking service is free for you.
What services are offered at B:Bloom?
B: Bloom focuses on hair and beauty treatments. You can choose your desired service from the categories hair, facials, make-up, hair removal, eyelashes, nails and bridal services.
How does the B:Bloom beauty concierge service work?
Select your desired service and click on "Book to you". In the next step you can select your expert and enter your address. The integrated messenger allows you to communicate directly with your expert.
Can I book an expert to my office, hotel or similiar?
Yes, you can choose the location flexibly. Whether manicure during the lunch break in the office or gala make-up in the hotel, B: Bloom makes it possible. The necessary equipment the experts bring with them, so you do not have to worry about anything and can be pampered without worries.

Booking process

How can I book an appointment?

How can I cancel my appointment?
If something happens to you, you can cancel your appointment in your user profile under the heading "My bookings". Please make sure that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I remark special requests or comments?
Special requests or additional information can be added before the booking is completed in the comment field. If you have any questions or requests about the integrated messenger, you are also welcome to contact your expert directly.


Do I have to pay an additional fee if I book via B: Bloom?
No, we pass the costs on to our customers without an additional charge. You will see the amount of the requested service during the booking process. This way, you will not expect any unpleasant surprises at the check out.
Do I have to provide my account or credit card details when I want to pay on site?
No, if you choose to pay at the venue, you do not need to provide your account or credit card details.
How can I redeem vouchers or promotional codes?
Vouchers or promotional codes can be redeemed in the "Payment" booking step in the "Voucher / Promotion Code" field.
When will my payment be debited?
Your payment will be debited immediately upon completion of the booking process.
How can I change my payment details?
You can change your payment details in your B: Bloom Beauty profile. Follow these steps:

Can I change my payment method afterI booked an appointment?
Since the payment is debited immediately after the booking process is completed, the subsequent change to the payment method is not possible. Please get in touch with our customer service.
I have canceled my appointment. How do I get my refund?
The amount of your refund will be refunded using the same method of payment used to pay for your booking. The refund period is 10-14 days, depending on the method of payment.
Can I get an invoice for my booking?
You will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail immediately after your booking. If required, your expert is happy to issue an invoice for you.

What is the purpose of the B:Bloom Beauty profile?
In your B: Bloom Beauty profile, you can manage your current and past bookings. With the integrated messenger, you can contact your expert directly if you have any questions or requests. You can also manage your gift vouchers through your B: Bloom Beauty profile.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, you can easily restore it in the login area. Just enter your e-mail address and we'll send you an e-mail with your new login details.
